STEP 1: Information Request & Initial Consultation

• An appointment is set for a site visit to discuss options
  and ideas.
• You will tell us what exactly you are looking for in
  your project.

STEP 2: Proposal Delivery & Options

• Together we review your estimate and proposal.
• Provide feed back and alternate scenarios.
• Compare your project to the others we have completed
  for more ideas.

STEP 3: Permitting & Pre-construction Activities

• Approve the proposal and process the paperwork.
• Coordinate all the required permitting documents
  and plans.
• Begin coordination with all necessary subcontractors.

STEP 4: Construction

• Receive your permit and consuct our Kick-off Meeting^®
• Coordinate all activities of construction and scheduling.
• Provide constant communication about construction activities.

STEP 5: Completion

• Full site restoration and site clean-up.
• Remove all construction related items from the job site.
• Provide all lien releases, warranty paperwork and operations manuals.
