About J2

Our Story:

J2 Solutions is a full service general contactor located in Venice, Florida. Originally intended to be a custom home builder in 2002, we soon realized certain construction demands were not being met; particularly small to mid-size residential and commercial projects.

During the subsequent “boom” years the demand for these smaller type projects only increased. With most contractors chasing the speculation boom, the conditions were ripe for us to go in a different direction.

In the summer of 2003, the decision was made to no longer pursue custom homes as our primary work activity. Although we still had a few custom home contracts in our pipeline, it wasn’t until 2005 where we were completely out of the home building business.

During this transition, J2 Solutions divided itself into three separate divisions; residential remodeling, detached garages and commercial improvements. In recent years these divisions have and continued to grow rapidly as our reputation within the community increases.

The reason for our success is quite simple. We provide excellent construction services, from our clients perspective. In this day and age we understand how difficult it is for nice people to work with contractors. Our mission is to find these people and provide them with an effortless construction experience they never dreamed possible.

The mission of J2 Solutions is to provide these good citizens with a construction alternative that is streamlined and stress-free. And because our success is in exact proportion to the level of service we can provide, we will never stop looking for new and better ways to serve.

To accomplish this mission, nothing is more important than our team. J2 Solutions will always invest heavily in the education, training and development of its future leaders. We will constantly encourage a culture of discipline, integrity, entrepreneurship, hard work and never ending improvement. Our team works harder than most, yet at the same time achieve goals and a level of job fulfillment few will every see. This unique culture naturally attracts other similarly motivated people looking for greater challenges and ways to give back with their construction talents.

It will be leader's ultimate responsibility to develop and care for this team. And in order to do so, they must create a systems-driven company that will not only function in their absence, but prosper. Therefore the leadership team will create the best training and educational programs for all the team members. These training systems will not only teach our members what is needed to do their job effectively, but to succeed in life as well.

Corporately, J2 Solutions will not chase growth merely for the sake of profit. Although it is necessary for any business to succeed, we know that profit is merely the end result of having first provided more and better service to our clients. To that end our primary focus will always be on producing a stronger, smarter, debt-free company for our successors and team members. And the profits, when they do come, will be shared by all. We are a team and a family; we either succeed together or nothing at all. Our ultimate success is measured by the all-around quality of life experienced by our team, clients and their families.
